This patient was not in my office, but seen at the VA.    It looks like Periapical Cemento-osseous Dysplasia on the PAs.   You can see the Buccal Plate has broken through on the right anterior.  Sorry I do not have any more views, but this is from my phone.  Teeth are vital, patient asymptomatic, and the lesion is non-expansile, so I did not feel any treatment was needed.  The patient ended up with the ENT department and they are requesting the...
