 Parasthesia 2nd Opinion

THIS PATIENT CAME IN FOR A 2ND OPINION FOR IMPLANT PARASTHESIA: I had this 34 year old male with depression (no other remarkable medical history) came in my office at the end of the day. He had an implant placed last month and removed a week later by another dentist. This is a screen shot of the CBCT that shows how close the implant was in #19 to the IAN. it appears that there is a secondary branch of the IAN adjacent to the apices of #19-20.
